How do I cancel my subscription?

All purchases and billing for Lekture are processed by Apple through the App Store. For billing issues or refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Open the Lekture app, go to Settings inside the app, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID that was used for the original purchase.

What does the camera access in the app do?

Lekture uses your device camera to read the text on any physical book or printed page your child is looking at. The camera is only used to recognize text. No photos or videos of your child are taken or stored.

What does the microphone access in the app do?

Lekture uses the microphone to listen to your child read aloud and assess their pronunciation. Voice recordings are processed only to provide pronunciation feedback and are not stored or shared.

How do I delete my child's account and data?

To request deletion of your child's account and all associated data, send an email to Hello@Lekture.ai with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." We will process your request within 5 business days.

Who handles billing and refunds?

You can cancel your Lekture subscription at any time directly through your iPhone or iPad. Go to Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, find Lekture, and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
