Lekture: AI Reading Tutor | Klever Kiddoz, LLC

Please read these Terms before using Lekture. By creating an account, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. About Lekture

Lekture: AI Reading Tutor is operated by Klever Kiddoz, LLC, a limited liability company registered in Virginia, United States. Lekture provides AI-powered reading and pronunciation coaching for children and learners. Contact: Hello@Lekture.ai.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

2.1 Parent or Guardian Requirement

Accounts must be created by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or older. You must complete the parental consent process before any child profile can be activated. By creating an account you confirm you are at least 18, that you have authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of any child in your account, and that all information you provide is accurate.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at Hello@Lekture.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

2.3 Profile Limits

A single account may contain up to three child profiles. You may not create multiple accounts to work around subscription limits.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

3.1 Free Trial

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. The trial begins only after parental consent is confirmed. No charge applies during the trial. At the end of the trial your account converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel beforehand.

3.2 Subscription Tiers

• Basic: 150 pages per account per month at $9.99 per month

• Standard: 450 pages per account per month at $19.99 per month

• Premium: 900 pages per account per month at $34.99 per month

3.3 Booster Packs

Additional page capacity may be purchased as one-time add-ons:

• +100 pages for $3.99

• +500 pages for $19.99

Booster packs are consumed in the billing period in which they are purchased and do not roll over.

3.4 Billing

All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment card information. Subscriptions renew monthly from the date your trial converts.

3.5 Cancellation

Cancel any time through your device Settings. Go to Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, find Lekture, and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for partial months.

3.6 Refunds

All refund requests go to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not process refunds directly.

4. Acceptable Use

Lekture is licensed for personal, non-commercial, family educational use. You agree not to:

• Use the app for any commercial purpose without our written consent

• Attempt to reverse engineer or access the source code of the app

• Use the app to collect information about other users

• Transmit viruses or harmful code through the app

• Use the app in any way that violates applicable law

• Share your login credentials with anyone other than the parent managing the account

• Use the app in any manner that could harm or exploit a child

5. Intellectual Property

The Lekture app, name, logo, design, code, and content are owned by Klever Kiddoz, LLC and protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You receive a limited license to use the app for personal family educational purposes only.

Content you create in the app, such as progress data and created books, belongs to you. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate the service.

6. Disclaimers

LEKTURE IS PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KLEVER KIDDOZ, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. We do not warrant the app will be error-free or available without interruption. AI pronunciation feedback is for educational purposes and may not be accurate in all cases.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KLEVER KIDDOZ, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Disputes shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in Virginia under American Arbitration Association rules. You waive the right to participate in any class action.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account by contacting us. Upon termination your data will be deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections 5, 6, 7, and 8 survive termination.

10. Changes to These Terms

We will notify you by email of material changes and give you reasonable notice before they take effect. Continued use of the app after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
